What will my customers be asked?

The right questions, in the right order.

Serviqen creates quote request and service enquiry pages for small businesses: fields for the service, the project, the budget and the timing, a confirmation that says what happens next, and a flow tested before handover. Work is scoped and priced in writing before payment.

What the company does

Three services, each answering one question

What will my customers be asked?

Enquiry page structure

A page that asks for the right things in the right order: the service they need, the project details, their budget range and timing, and how to reach them.

Can it sound like my business?

Quote request adaptation

The wording, budget options, timing fields and enquiry categories are adapted to your service, so the page reads as yours rather than as a template.

How do I know it works?

Flow testing and handover

The agreed enquiry journey is checked end to end before handover: what the customer fills in, what they see afterwards, and what reaches you.

Questions

Worth knowing before you write

Three short answers here; the complete set, including revisions and boundaries, is on the FAQ page.

All questions

Where do the enquiries go?

Wherever the scope says. The page never pretends to deliver messages before a delivery route is genuinely connected.

Can the page take payment?

No. It gathers a clear, quotable enquiry; quoting and payment stay in your own process.

What does it cost?

Priced per project and put in writing: full amount, schedule and revisions, all before you decide.

Example material

An enquiry page, line by line

This is the shape of a finished enquiry page: every line earns its place, and the last one tells the customer what happens after they write.

The route

Five stages, line by line

  1. Initial enquiry what you need to know before you quote
  2. Written scope and quotation scope, full price and schedule in writing
  3. Customer materials your service list and quoting details
  4. Agreed work the page built, adapted and tested
  5. Digital handover structures, fields and guidance delivered

Each stage is settled before the next begins, and the finished work is delivered digitally.

Limits

Where the service stops

Serviqen builds enquiry pages that work with ordinary business information. It does not collect sensitive customer data, does not carry out regulated assessments, and provides no legal, financial, medical or cybersecurity services.

And a page never claims enquiries are being delivered until a delivery route is genuinely connected: a form that goes nowhere says so.

More about the company

What do you need to know before you can quote?

That answer is the first line of your page.

Send it, with your list of services, and the reply is a written scope and quotation: full price in pounds, schedule and included revisions.
