Delivery & Refunds

How the finished page structures reach you, what to do if something goes wrong, and the cancellation rights the law gives you. Two passages on this page are wording set by law; each panel is captioned with exactly what was adapted.

What you receive

What arrives, and how?

Everything arrives digitally: the enquiry page structures, adapted fields and confirmation guidance come by email or by a download link, with handover notes explaining how to run and edit them. Nothing is sent by post.

When does it arrive, and what if it does not?

Delivery follows the schedule stated in your written quotation. If the date has passed and nothing has arrived, let us know at company@serviqenenquirysetup.com or at the registered office and the material is sent again by a different route.

How do I pay, and in what currency?

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP), and the full price with applicable taxes included is stated in your quotation before payment. Payment is made against the invoice that follows the order confirmation — by bank transfer, or by card through a secure payment link sent with it. This website itself takes no payments; card details are processed by the payment provider, never seen or stored by the company.

If you change your mind

What cancellation right do I have?

Because our projects are agreed at a distance — by correspondence, without you visiting any premises — under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have 14 days to cancel. The panel below carries the law's own wording:

Asking for work to begin within the 14 days does not remove the right to cancel; it only means that cancelling then costs you the share of the work already carried out.

Wording set by law The model text from Schedule 3 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, with the seller’s details filled in, the footnote choice for service contracts taken ("of the conclusion of the contract"), and the two passages about goods left out, because this company supplies none.

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Serviqen Enquiry Setup Ltd, 7 High Street, Kington, Herefordshire, HR5 3AX, company@serviqenenquirysetup.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the cancellation period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been performed until you have communicated us your cancellation from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

What if the files arrive immediately?

Some of what a project delivers may be digital material supplied immediately. This is the wording that covers it:

Standard wording The standard wording set by the project's legal specification for digital material supplied immediately, written to the requirements of regulation 37 of the same Regulations and reproduced unchanged; it is not part of Schedule 3.

Digital content supplied immediately

Where you buy digital material that is made available to you straight away, we ask for your express consent in the order confirmation: consent to the supply beginning immediately, and an acknowledgement that you will lose your right to cancel once supply has begun. If you give that consent and we begin to supply the material, the 14-day right to cancel no longer applies to it.

If you do not give that consent, we will not begin supplying the material until the 14-day cancellation period has ended, and you keep your right to cancel during that period.

Losing the right to cancel does not affect your legal rights if the material is faulty, not as described, or not fit for a purpose that you made known to us before you bought it. In those cases you may be entitled to a repair or replacement, a price reduction, or a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

How do I cancel in practice?

Write to company@serviqenenquirysetup.com or to Serviqen Enquiry Setup Ltd, 7 High Street, Kington, Herefordshire, HR5 3AX, clearly saying that you cancel. You may use the model form below: it is Schedule 3 Part B of the Regulations reproduced word for word, with the addressee filled in and nothing else:

Wording set by law The model cancellation form from Schedule 3 Part B of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, reproduced word for word; only the addressee is filled in.

To Serviqen Enquiry Setup Ltd, 7 High Street, Kington, Herefordshire, HR5 3AX, company@serviqenenquirysetup.com:

I/We [*] hereby give notice that I/We [*] cancel my/our [*] contract of sale of the following goods [*]/for the supply of the following service [*],

Ordered on [*]/received on [*],

Name of consumer(s),

Address of consumer(s),

Signature of consumer(s) (only if this form is notified on paper),

Date

[*] Delete as appropriate.

What does a refund look like?

Money due back is returned within 14 days, using the same means of payment you used to pay, and no fee is charged for making the refund (regulation 34 of the same Regulations).

If something is wrong

What if the work is wrong?

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 is on your side: repeat performance or a price reduction for a service that falls short; repair or replacement, a price reduction or a refund for digital content that is faulty, not as described or not fit for the purpose you made known. These rights stand alongside the cancellation right above — neither one removes the other.

Where do I send a complaint?

Send it to company@serviqenenquirysetup.com, or post it to the registered office. Complaints are answered within five working days.
