FAQ

Questions, answered without jargon

Delivery routes, fields, price, timing and what the pages never do. A question not answered here can go straight into your first message.

Where do the enquiries go?

The page structure defines what is asked and what the customer sees. Where submissions are delivered is agreed in the scope: nothing on the page claims enquiries are being delivered until a delivery route is actually connected.

What do you need from us to start?

Your list of services, the details you need before you can quote, and the budget ranges and timing you are comfortable showing. Rough notes are fine.

How much does it cost?

The price depends on the page we agree to build, so it is set individually. You receive a written quotation naming the full amount in pounds sterling, taxes included, together with the schedule and the revisions covered, before you commit to anything.

How long does a project take?

A page covering three services is not the same job as one covering twelve, so the schedule is set out in the quotation rather than guessed at here.

What if a field needs changing later?

The revisions included in the price are stated in the written quotation. After handover you can edit fields yourself using the notes provided, or agree further changes separately in writing.

What is not included?

No collection of sensitive customer data, no regulated assessments, and no legal, financial, medical or cybersecurity services. The pages work with ordinary business information.

Can the page take payment or bookings directly?

No. The page gathers a clear enquiry; the quoting and the payment happen in your own process afterwards.

What do we receive at the end?

The enquiry page structures, the adapted fields and the confirmation guidance, delivered digitally, with handover notes.

A question we have not covered is still welcome.

Add it to your first message alongside the list of services.
