Terms of Service
These terms govern every project, arranged around your side of the conversation: what you tell us, what we confirm in writing, and what you receive. The edition current on the date of your order applies to that order.

What you tell us
Whom am I contracting with?
You are contracting with Serviqen Enquiry Setup Ltd, registered in England and Wales with company number 17290491, with its registered office at 7 High Street, Kington, Herefordshire, HR5 3AX. Email us at company@serviqenenquirysetup.com or write to the registered office.
What am I actually buying?
Three services, each described in full on the Services page:
- Enquiry page structure: service fields, project details, contact information and clear next steps
- Quote request adaptation: wording, budget options, timing fields and enquiry categories matched to your service
- Flow testing and handover: checks of the agreed enquiry journey, confirmation wording and follow-up instructions
The work uses ordinary business information: no sensitive customer data is gathered, no regulated assessments are carried out, and no legal, financial, medical or cybersecurity services are provided. Nor does a page ever claim enquiries are being delivered until a delivery route is genuinely connected.
What must I supply while work runs?
- An accurate list of your services and the details you quote from
- The wording your customers should read, or answers to the questions that produce it
- Replies in good time while the work is underway, so the schedule holds
What uses are off limits?
The structures must never be used to gather unlawful content or sensitive data, nor for anything in the regulated fields named above. Work crossing those lines may be declined or stopped.
What we confirm in writing
When is a contract formed?
A contract begins when you write describing your services and what you need to know before you can quote. We reply with any questions and then a written scope and quotation; once you accept it in writing, our order confirmation forms the contract. Nothing on this website is itself an offer — the quotation is.
What currency and price apply?
Everything is priced in pounds sterling (GBP). The quotation states the full price with applicable taxes included before any payment is asked for, and once accepted, that figure is never added to.
How do I pay?
Not on this site — there is no checkout, basket or account here. Payment is made against the invoice that follows the order confirmation, by bank transfer, or by card via a secure payment link enclosed with it. Card details are processed by the payment provider named in the order confirmation; we never see or store them.
Which edition of these terms covers my order?
The edition of these terms current on the date of your order governs that order, whatever changes come later. The revision date at the top of this page shows which edition you are reading.
What you receive
What do I receive, and when?
Everything arrives digitally: the enquiry page structures, adapted fields and confirmation guidance, sent by email or by a download link, on the schedule stated in your quotation. The Delivery & Refunds page sets this out in full.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You have a 14-day right to cancel, with separate rules for files supplied immediately. The complete wording, with the model cancellation form, is on the Delivery & Refunds page.
Do my statutory rights survive?
Yes, untouched. Nothing in these terms reduces them: under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services are provided with reasonable care and skill (section 49), and digital content must reach satisfactory quality, correspond to its description and suit the purpose you told us about before the order (sections 34 to 36).
Who owns the result?
You do. Once the project is finished and paid for in full, the page structures, fields and wording produced for you become yours to use in your business without restriction. Anything the company owned before the project, such as its layout methods, stays the company's — you receive a licence to keep using it as part of what was delivered.
How far does liability stretch?
As far as the price paid for the project, so far as the law allows. The limit never extends to what the law does not allow to be limited: death or personal injury through negligence, fraud, and anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded (Consumer Rights Act 2015, section 65, among others).
Can the work stop early?
Yes — either side may end a project by written notice before completion. Work already done is charged in proportion to the quotation, and anything already delivered stays delivered.
How do I complain?
Email company@serviqenenquirysetup.com or write to the registered office. Complaints are answered within five working days.
Whose law governs this?
The law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, that choice takes nothing away: you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the part of the United Kingdom where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your home courts.
