How it works

Asked, answered, confirmed

Each stage is settled before the next begins. Nothing is payable before a written quotation you have read and accepted.

  1. Initial enquiry

You describe your services and what you need to know before you can quote. A rough list is enough.

  2. Written scope and quotation

Questions raised by your letter are answered by reply first. You then receive the scope and the quotation in writing: the complete price in pounds sterling, taxes included, with the delivery schedule and the revision rounds named. The written figure is final.

  3. Customer materials

Once you have accepted the quotation in writing and the order is confirmed, you send the service list, the details you quote from and the wording the scope agrees.

  4. Agreed work

The page structure is laid out, the fields and wording are adapted, and the whole enquiry journey is tested end to end.

  5. Digital handover

You receive the enquiry page structures, the adapted fields and the confirmation guidance, delivered digitally with handover notes.

The first stage is one question answered.

What do you need to know before you can quote? Send that, with your list of services, and the reply is a written scope and quotation.
